Porsche Online Store - Porsche E-Gift Card Terms & Conditions
1. These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to all gift cards issued by Porsche Retail Group Australia Pty Ltd ACN 006 359 459 (PRGA) that you have purchased from the Porsche Online Store: https://store.porsche.com.au/ (Porsche Gift Card).
2. The following words have the following meanings:
Australian Consumer Law means Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and any equivalent State or Territory legislation.
Code means the 16-digit code which is printed on the Porsche Gift Card.
Purchaser means the purchaser of a Porsche Gift Card.
Recipient means the recipient or end user of a Porsche Gift Card.
You means the purchaser and / or the recipient.
3. These Terms govern your purchase and use of a Porsche Gift Card. By purchasing or using a Porsche Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are taken to be a Consumer for the purposes of the Australian Consumer Law, these Terms are subject to the provisions of the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. If you are giving a Porsche Gift Card to another person, you must ensure that Recipient is aware of these Terms.
4. Porsche Gift Cards may only be redeemed for the purchase of goods and / or services which are available for sale from the Porsche Online Store (Products) by using the Code during the checkout process. The Porsche Gift Cards are not redeemable for any other goods and / or services offered by PRGA, or any goods and / or services offered by any Porsche entities which are related to PRGA.
5. Porsche Gift Cards are not legal tender and cannot be returned or exchanged, wholly or partly for cash. You are responsible for the use of and safety of your Porsche Gift Card. PRGA are not responsible for lost or stolen Porsche Gift Cards. If your Porsche Gift Card is lost or stolen, or if you have any issues with redeeming your Porsche Gift Card, please contact PRGA by emailing porsche.store@activgroup.io.
6. The credit balance on a Porsche Gift Card can be used in whole or in part to purchase Products from the Porsche Online Store. If part of the credit balance of a Porsche Gift Card is unused after purchasing a Product, the remaining credit balance may be used in whole or part against future purchases until the Porsche Gift Card expires. Cash cannot be claimed for any unused credit balance.
7. It is a condition of purchase that Porsche Gift Cards must not be purchased for unauthorised re-sale by third parties. If a Porsche Gift Card is used in breach of this condition, it may, at PRGA’s sole discretion and subject to the Australian Consumer Law, be cancelled without refund.
8. Porsche Gift Cards are valid for a period of three years from the date of issue, irrespective of the expiry date shown on the Porsche Gift Card. After the Porsche Gift Card has expired, it is no longer valid and no refund will be provided if the Porsche Gift Card has not been used. Any remaining balance will be forfeited. It is your responsibility to ensure any balance is used before expiry.

10. PRGA may amend these Terms at any time. If any amendments are made to these Terms, PRGA will publish them at https://store.porsche.com.au/pages/porsche-retail-group-australia-pty-ltd-e-gift-card-terms prior to, or on the date the amendment will take effect.
