Delivery
For standard shipping, delivery to addresses in metropolitan areas can be expected within 2-5 business days for NSW/ACT, within 3-6 business days for QLD/VIC/SA and within 4-7 business days for TAS/WA/NT. We cannot guarantee delivery times and any representations made regarding delivery times are estimates only and actual delivery times may be subject to delays resulting from transit and matters outside of our control for which we are not responsible. For example, delivery will be delayed where Products are shipped from an overseas location.
Your applicable shipping fees will be shown at check-out on the website and in our order confirmation. Complimentary shipping will be provided for Orders over $200. A standard shipping fee of $15 will apply to Orders up to $200.
Your order will be delivered with standard shipping.
Your order will be delivered by Australia Post or a courier.
We try to dispatch all orders received through our Website within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Sydney). Processing may take longer during certain times of the year, such as prior to Christmas. We do not have any control over delivery times once orders have been dispatched from our warehouse.

Payment
You can pay with all major credit cards, Shop Pay and Google Pay. During your transaction you may also go through a payment authorisation process with your bank.
Please check whether your credit card type is supported by the Porsche Online Store. You will find a list of accepted credit card types at the end of the checkout process. Returns
If you have changed your mind about products that you have purchased or if you made an error when ordering online, we may offer you an exchange or refund provided that: (a) the exchange or refund is made within 30 days of purchase; (b) you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase; and (c)the products are in saleable condition, that is they are unused with all original packaging or tags. If the products supplied to you do not comply with a consumer guarantee, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form on the ‘Contact Us’ page of the website and provide us with suitable proof of purchase.
It doesn't cost anything to return items. If you're not satisfied with your order, you can send it back at no charge. We will pay for the reasonable costs of any return postage. After using the contact form on the 'Contact Us' page of the website, you will receive a return label and instructions on how to process your return via email.
It takes approximately 2-7 business days for the package to reach our warehouse. We then need up to another 48 hours to process your returns. At peak times we may need longer than 48 hours.
We will usually refund any money by using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your refund.
Official Porsche Centres are unable to process returns or provide refunds or credits for items purchased on the Website.
Orders
We only accept orders from Australia.

To cancel your order, you must inform us in writing by sending us an email through the ‘Contact Us’ page of our Website before you receive the Dispatch Confirmation. We will confirm within 2 business days whether your cancellation has been accepted and refund the price of the Product subject to the cancellation within 5 business days of our confirmation.
The order confirmation is displayed immediately after you conclude the purchase in the Porsche Online Store. You also get an order confirmation by email. Please also check your spam folder for this. If you do not receive an order confirmation by email, please send us an email through the 'Contact Us' page of our website.
Problems may arise with your order if a server is technically overloaded. In this case we would ask you to place your order at a later time. If you still have problems later on, please send us an email through the 'Contact Us' page of our website.
Please check whether your invoice is available under 'My Orders' or is included in the dispatch confirmation email. Please also check your spam folder for this. Product Information
All products which require explanation are provided with relevant descriptions in our online shop. If you would like more information about a product, please send us an email through the 'Contact Us' page of our website.
We make every effort to make sure that products are always available in our online shop. If a product is temporarily unavailable, a message will appear to this effect in the online shop and orders will be blocked. This message will be removed as soon as the article is available again. Additionally, you can sign up to receive an email notification when the product is available again by clicking "Notify me when available" on the product page and entering your email address.

All prices are given in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) as well as the complimentary shipping for all orders above $200, otherwise a $15 shipping fee will apply. The prices at the time of ordering apply. Potential errors are reserved.
We do everything we can to make products available again quickly, but it may happen that your desired product is no longer available. You can sign up to receive an email notification if the product becomes available again. Simply click "Notify me when available" on the product page and enter your email address.
Our back-in-stock email notifies you as soon as a previously out-of-stock product becomes available again. To activate the notification option, simply click "Notify me when available" on the product page and enter your email address. This helps you to easily keep track of your desired product's availability. Once you receive the 'back in stock' email you will need to place a new order.
Porsche ID
The Porsche ID is a verified personal email address that is used as the username for My Porsche and the Porsche Online Store. You can use the Porsche ID to log in to a range of Porsche services, websites and apps, as well as certain vehicle models.
If the password does not meet the specifications, you will not be able to continue with registration. The password must meet the following requirements:
- The password must be at least 8 characters long.
- The password must contain at least one uppercase letter.
- The password must contain at least one number.
- The password must contain at least one special character (e.g. !§$%&?!).
Your personal information (e.g. contact details, delivery addresses or payment request) will be stored in our system, so that you can shop with us more quickly and conveniently. All adjustments are completed with just a few clicks through your My Porsche profile.
Your e-mail address for registration can be changed by your Official Porsche Centre or please send us an email through the 'Contact Us' page of our website.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it at any time using the My Porsche login page.
Alternatively, you can choose to log in without a password during the login process. You will then receive an email with a link to your Porsche ID account.
You can delete your Porsche ID account in My Porsche under Menu > Login & Security.
If you delete your Porsche ID account, you will no longer have online access to your services. Your personal information saved with Porsche will be retained, unless you request deletion.
If you also want your personal information to be deleted, please contact your Official Porsche Centre or send us an email through the 'Contact Us' page of our website.
You cannot change your Porsche ID through the website. To do so, please send us an email through the 'Contact Us' page of our website.
To change your password, please log in using your Porsche ID. You can then change the password in your account.
Simply register here www.porsche.com.au/myporsche to create your personal Porsche ID.
