Care Instructions: 1. Cleaning the diffuser screen and diffuser screw. Turn off the machine and remove the diffuser screen by unscrewing the diffuser screw. Soak in detergent powder liquid following the instructions of detergent manufacturer. Dip the items into a solution of water and puro caff. Rinse with plenty of clean water. Put the diffuser back into place, tighten the screw and dispense hot water from the unit several times. 2. Cleaning the brewing system. Insert the blind filter into to the portafilter and put the correct amount of espresso cleaning product (following the product’s instructions) into the filter, engage the portafilter into the Coffee group. Move the group activation paddle for said group, as if you were making a regular cup of coffee. Stop the water after about 15-20 seconds. Start and stop the group several times until you notice clear water being released instead of soapy water when you remove the portafilter. Do not remove the portafilter when group is dispensing water. Rinse the group using a normal filter in the portafilter, by running hot water through it several times. As an alternative, the cleaning cycle can be activated from the La Marzocco App. This function replaces the manual activations of the brewing handle. Only activate this function after preparing the portafilter with puro caff as described at the beginning of this paragraph. 3. Cleaning the body. Wipe the stainless steel surfaces with a soft, non abrasive cloth in the direction of the glazing marks, if any. Do not use any alcohol or solvents whatsoever on painted, imprinted, or plastic parts in order not to damage them. Clean the side panels using a soft cloth. Clean only with a damp soft cloth or possibly soaked in warm water and mild soap. 4. Cleaning the steam nozzles. Steam nozzles must be cleaned immediately after use with a damp cloth and by producing a short burst of steam so as to prevent the formation of deposits inside the nozzles themselves, which may alter the flavor of other drinks to be heated. If milk residue is present on the steam wand, soak the tip in a container of hot water, then it will be possible to wipe the tip clean. Repeat process if residue remains. 5. Cleaning the hot water nozzles. Hot water nozzles must be cleaned periodically with a damp cloth soaked in water and/or mild soap. 6. Clean the water reservoir and the drain box: The water reservoir needs to be cleaned periodically to ensure that no algae forms on the inside surfaces. To clean, first remove the water reservoir from the machine. Disconnect the clear plastic water intake hose. Hand wash each part with water containing mild soap. Returns: If you have changed your mind about products that you have purchased or if you made an error when ordering online, we may offer you an exchange or refund provided that: (a) the exchange or refund is made within 30 days of purchase; (b) you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase; and (c)the products are in saleable condition, that is they are unused with all original packaging or tags. If the products supplied to you do not comply with a consumer guarantee, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form on the ‘Contact Us’ page of the website and provide us with suitable proof of purchase.

It doesn't cost anything to return items. If you're not satisfied with your order, you can send it back at no charge. We will pay for the reasonable costs of any return postage, provided you have contacted us and use the return label we send you.

It takes approximately 2-7 business days for the package to reach our warehouse. We then need up to another 48 hours to process your returns. At peak times we may need longer than 48 hours.

Official Porsche Centres are unable to process returns or provide refunds or credits for items purchased on the Website.

We will usually refund any money by using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your refund.
